Brimhall man faces 11th DWI charge

GALLUP — Jonathan Billie faces his 11th hearing for DWI in the past 15 years.
Billie, 46, of Brimhall, was arrested about 3:30 p.m. Thursday at American Heritage Plaza after a McKinley County Sheriff’s Office deputy noticed that a passenger sitting in his backseat did not have his seatbelt fastened.
